Preliminary and detailed design of watercourse rehabilitation using natural channel design methods, including hydrology and hydraulic studies, watercourse classification using Rosgen’s methods, identification and survey of reference reach, design of channel reconstruction using soil bioengineering and structural stabilization methods; preparation of detailed design drawings; assistance during construction.

 

Grafton Inn Dam Removal and Burnham House Creek Tributary Rehabilitation – J. and C Dalglish

This project comprised the removal of an existing dam built in 1920 and rehabilitation of the reservoir to the pre-dam state. The project included preliminary and detailed design of watercourse rehabilitation using natural channel design methods, including hydrology and hydraulic studies, watercourse classification using Rosgen’s methods, identification and survey of reference reach, design of channel reconstruction using soil bioengineering and structural stabilization methods; and preparation of detailed design drawings.
